Policies and Disclaimers


For environmental and human friendly reasons, all items available for purchase are made when you order them. Due to this feature, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted unless: (a) the printed artwork or embroidery are physically damaged or altered in a way that was not represented; or, (b) the garment or item is physically damaged in any way. If your purchased garment does not fit, please contact Restored Soul Apparel Company directly to receive a digital coupon on your next order.

All items purchased are final sale; thus, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any item. This includes any special sales, site-wide sales, and items purchased using a sales or discount code. In the event a customer has been approved by Restored Soul Apparel Company to receive a refund, please note that all refunds are sent to the original form of payment. Restored Soul Apparel Company is NOT responsible if the customer no longer has the original form of payment.


Due to variation in monitor settings, Restored Soul Apparel Company makes no guarantees that the item purchased will color match the item received; nor does Restored Soul Apparel Company make any guarantee that the colors presented in any wording or artwork on the items will be an exact color match. Please note that fabric color names used by various apparel manufactures or brands are not exactly the same nor an exact match to the fabric names given by Restored Soul Apparel Company.


Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus, orders may take 7 to 14 business days to process, handle, and ship. If your order takes more than 2 weeks to ship, you will receive a full refund of your shipping costs on behalf of Restored Soul Apparel Company. This policy begins 24 hours after your order has been placed and your payment has been received. Any orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please do not contact us about a shipping complaint until you have waited the full 14 business days as stated above.

Any and all mail carriers are responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted ‘in transit’ or ‘delivered’ please contact your local post office. All customers are provided a tracking number once their order is ready to be shipped. If your package was returned to our facilities due to an address discrepancy you will be fully refunded.

Restored Soul Apparel Company WILL NOT be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes but is not limited to lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide, examine, and approve the correct information prior to submitting their order with Restored Soul Apparel Company. If the customer inputs any information incorrectly at time of checkout, Restored Soul Apparel Company is NOT responsible and cannot make any changes once the order has been submitted.


In the unlikely event that the item purchased by the customer has been oversold and we are not able to process said garment, you will be refunded in full for the oversold item. If your order consists of other items in addition to the oversold item, your order will still be processed and shipped without the inclusion of the oversold item; you will be refunded for said oversold item.


Restored Soul Apparel Company may adjust pricing to any of our products at any given time without notice. The price your item was purchased and confirmed is final. We will not go back and change prices to past or submitted orders and/or items.
