Are returns, exchanges, or refunds permitted?

No. For environmental and human friendly reasons, all items available for purchase are made when you order them. Due to this feature, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted. All items purchased are final sale. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

If the garment or item was received damaged, it is deemed defective. Please contact us with your name, specific reason of concern, a picture of the defective item (include a picture of the sizing tag if you received a size different than what you ordered), and your order number. Once approved by Restored Soul Apparel Company, we will send a new garment (same item that was ordered) free of charge.

What if I forgot to use my discount code?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to alter it. Please make sure all of your information is accurate and the discount is properly applied at checkout prior to submitting your order. *only one discount code may be applied to your order

How long will it take to receive my items?

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus, orders may take 7 to 14 business days to process, handle, and ship to you. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.

Are the garments women’s or men’s sizing?

All items sold by Restored Soul Apparel Company are unisex sizings.
